Today
Today, the allomess machine park is comprised of 28 fully automatic sorting systems for geometric inspection, chip control, complete internal thread inspection and detection of scratches, cracks and grooves as well as the inspection of rubber parts
allomess GmbH continues to reflect upon on a healthy and steady growth. Currently, 25 production employees work in three shifts to ensure high quality performance in compliance with all customer-specific requirements.

2017
Expansion of the Production Area
The new building doubles the production area to 2,400 m². The additional facility offers more storage and production space as well as more room for packaging and logistics. The extension of the production area provides ten additional machine locations. The new building also benefits the employees as well: The car park has been completely redesigned and has eight e-charging stations with a capacity of 20 A power each.

Elastomers Testing
The business is expanded by the "Elastomers" division, putting into operation a versatile rubber testing facility. Securing a building permit ensures that allomess can expand even further in the future.

Innovation through first self-developed measuring systems
The first self-developed measuring systems are put into operation, expanding allomess’ machine park to a total of 18 systems.

Expansion of the Vehicle Fleet
The logistical processes are optimised within the allomess facility. An 18-ton truck with a 14-ton trailer replaces the 12-ton truck for more efficiency.

Relocation
allomess continues to grow and has to move again. The new premises nearby double the capacity and provide further expansion possibilities in the future. At the same time, allomess develops new technologies that enable automated surface inspection of production parts.

Implementation of SAP
SAP is introduced as allomess’ ERP system and the team is growing. All production is now terminal-based.

Certification according to ISO 14001
The granted certification according to ISO 14001 environmental management confirms the high degree of professionalisation at allomess GmbH.

2010
New Building
allomess GmbH relocates its headquarters to nearby Hückeswagen and moves into a new company building with a production area of 600 m² and an administrative area of 280 m². This lays the foundation for further expansion.

Introduction of Manual Sorting
The introduction of manual sorting is complete and complements the existing automatic sorting. From now on, customers can take advantage of machine and manual sorting.

Certification according to ISO 9001
allomess GmbH is certified according to ISO 9001:2008 from TÜV Rheinland. The company can now guarantee and document that the testing process is fully compliant.

Company Foundation
Managing director Daniel Hess founds the company allomess GmbH in Remscheid, providing testing and automatic sorting of safety-relevant components for the automotive industry and others. Production starts with an initial measuring system.
